SIx Strings and a notebook - ep

This project was an answer to many prayers, the opening of the floodgates for me. I was 17 years old when I began to write songs for this EP. "The Dock" was the first song I'd written for this project, and my first ever song. Shortly after came "Rain", "City Life", "Ghost", and "Souvenir", in no particular order. This project is the manifestation of a summation of my life, and what was most important to me. Leaving all that I'd known to go to a place I'd never dreamed was one of the most challenging, but rewarding things I've ever done..

Vision - ep

Shortly after releasing "Six Strings and a Notebook - EP" songs began to come for the next project. "Vision - EP" was a jab at all the things that a young 18 year old trying to find his way, in what seems to be a world growing darker by the years. "Dark Days" is a song about battling with the temptation that most people wouldn't think twice about. This EP touched on deeper subjects than the earlier. From true love to the under-dog struggle, anyone can relate to the words being spoken.

Holding on & letting go

"Life is a balance of holding on and letting go". There was a two year gap between the release of this project and the last. I wanted to put a little more time and effort in. I no longer felt the pressure to release music because I had to, so I wanted to make this one special. When you listen to "Ageless" I hope you can feel the yearning and desire that seems to be missing in modern day "love". That song was written for my great-grandmother and great-grandfather for their 60th wedding anniversary. Each of us has a soldier in us. "Soldier" talks of making a fortune from your misfortune and taking your destiny into your own hands. This project for me is more than music. It ministers as much as it entertains.
